Gluten Free Breads | Focaccia & Brioche Buns
Gluten Free Bread doesn’t have to be “boring” or “taste like cardboard”!
Discover how delicious gluten‑free baking can be!
This class features Caputo Fioreglut, Italy’s gold‑standard gluten‑free flour. We will guide you through two deliciously different doughs |
- Rustic, olive‑oil‑rich focaccia
- Soft, tender brioche‑style buns
Because both doughs require resting time, participants will mix their own dough to take home.
During class they’ll work with prepared dough to shape, top, and bake their focaccia and brioche buns to try on site!
Please note: Caputo Fioreglut is a gluten‑removed flour. It does contain wheat, so individuals with a wheat allergy should be aware.
Our instructor has celiac disease and uses this flour personally.
The 1889 has designated gluten-free bakeware.

What to Expect |
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, cocktails & other drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
