Amped School of Music: Rock Band Crash Courses for Kids and Adults! 🤘

Amped School of Music is excited to announce the launch of two new immersive, four-week rock band crash courses designed to get musicians playing live on stage. The new programs, the Pop Anthems Rock Band Crash Course and the Green Day Rock Band Crash Course, are now open for registration and culminate in a live performance at the Troll Lounge in Fargo.

The Pop Anthems Rock Band Crash Course is for musicians ages 11-15 and will focus on learning and performing modern hits like Imagine Dragons’ “Believer” and Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off.” The Green Day Rock Band Crash Course is tailored for musicians ages 16 and older, covering a set of the iconic band’s greatest hits. Both ensembles will meet for weekly Sunday rehearsals from October 12th to November 2nd, with the final performance scheduled for Thursday, November 6th.

The courses are open to vocalists, guitarists, bassists, drummers, pianists, and other instrumentalists with a basic knowledge of their instrument. Enrollment is not limited to current Amped students; any musician with a passion for live performance is welcome to join.
