Taste and learn about the diverse styles of sparkling wines from Italy with sommelier Josh Voytek.

Join Certified Sommelier Joshua Voytek on an exploration of Italian Sparkling wine just in time for Christmas. For most people, their only exposure to Italian sparkling wine is Prosecco and Moscato d’Asti, which are two of their most popular exports in American markets. However, Italy also produces other great sparkling wines like Lambrusco, a tangy sparkling red, and Franciacorta, Italy’s answer to Champagne, as well as producing regional sparkling wines from other native Italian grapes. If you are a fan of sparkling wines, and want more exposure to some other options out there for your holiday get-togethers and/or just to enjoy, this is the class for you to learn something new and have fun.
