September Walk & Apple Picking, Orchard Glen Park

You’re invited to join us as we experience this beautiful fruit orchard. This park is a group favorite so come along and find out why people love it so much!

We’ll meet in the parking lot of the park at 5:00pm. (The address is 7606 Forest River Road S., Fargo.)

After introductions and catching up with each other we’ll do some stretches and then we’re off! The pace of the walk will be steady.

During our walk we will explore a route on the south side of the park before moving on to the paved road that encircles the orchard. At that point, you can choose whether you’d like to stop and pick apples or continue walking. The walkers will continue to circle the apple pickers who can begin walking again whenever they’re ready.

One fruit picking pole and fruit bags will be provided, but if you have a fruit picking pole please bring it.

Newcomers and guests are always welcome!

RSVPs are always helpful with planning for the event.

Suggestions: Wear good tennis shoes, bring a water bottle, and please feel free to stay after the event and socialize in the parking lot.
