A One‑Week Culinary Road Trip Ages 10 & Up

Pack your aprons — we’re heading on a delicious adventure!

In this one‑week cooking camp, young chefs will “travel” through five Southern states, cooking iconic dishes, learning new skills, and tasting their way across the map. Each day features a new destination, a new menu, and plenty of hands‑on fun in the kitchen.

Day 1: Florida

  • Fish or Shrimp Tacos with Mango & Pineapple Salsa
  • Crispy Plantain Chips
  • Key Lime Pie
  • Tropical Smoothie

Day 2: Alabama

  • Jambalaya
  • Peach Cobbler

Day 3: Mississippi

  • Chicken Fried Chicken
  • Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
  • Mississippi Mud Pie

Day 4: Louisiana

  • Crepes with Fresh Berries
  • Quiche with Eggs & Hashbrowns

Day 5: Texas

Big Texas BBQ on the Big Green Egg Grill Including:

  • Burgers
  • Potato Pockets
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Baked Beans
  • Grilled Fruit

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

You’ll cook in a group of 2.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
