Celebrating History and New Music

The 2026 tour marks 50 years since the 1976 release of Rastaman Vibration, a pivotal album for Bob Marley & The Wailers, which included tracks such as “Roots, Rock, Reggae” and “War.” According to the tour announcement, the setlist will feature cuts from that historic album alongside classic hits and material from the band’s recent discography.

The current iteration of The Wailers is led by Aston Barrett Jr., the son of the band’s longtime bassist, Aston “Familyman” Barrett. Barrett Jr. recently portrayed his father in the 2024 biopic Bob Marley: One Love. He is joined by vocalist Mitchell Brunings.

While honoring their history, the band continues to produce new material. Their recent albums, One World and Evolution, both received Grammy nominations. The album Evolution was produced by Emilio Estefan Jr.
