FARGO, ND – June 29, 2025 – The Downtown Community Partnership (DCP) is thrilled to announce Nathaniel Navratil as the featured artist for the 49th Annual Downtown Fargo Street Fair, scheduled for July 17–19, 2025.
Navratil’s dynamic and imaginative artwork was selected for its ability to capture the vibrant essence and spirit of Downtown Fargo, earning him top honors in this year’s Artist Prospectus branding contest. In an exciting addition, the 2025 Street Fair will also introduce its new mascot, the “Downtown Raccoon.” This whimsical character celebrates the adventurous spirit of urban foraging, encompassing everything from art and crafts to local cuisine and summer entertainment.
Rocky Schneider, Executive Director of the DCP, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming event. “Our annual artist selection is a celebration of Fargo’s creative community,” said Schneider. “Nathaniel’s work brings a playful and inviting energy to this year’s Street Fair. And we can’t wait for everyone to meet our new mascot — the Downtown Raccoon!”
The Downtown Fargo Street Fair is the region’s largest summer event, featuring over 200 vendors, live performances, and unique programming.
