Kilbourne Group Begins Pre-Leasing for Woodrow Apartments

The Kilbourne Group, a redeveloper focused on historic renovation and urban infill projects in downtown Fargo, North Dakota, has hired Bloomington, Minnesota-based Doran Management to manage and lease their Woodrow Apartments project at the former Woodrow Wilson School site. Woodrow, the latest of several new and renovated apartment projects in Fargo for Kilbourne, will offer 34 units in the historical setting of a restored school building listed on the National Register of Historic Places and 63 apartments in an adjacent new building.

Woodrow project manager Deb Wendel Daub said the new building units are expected to be move-in ready February, 2017 and the Woodrow school units in early summer.

Located at the intersection of University and 4th Avenue, Woodrow is situated with abundant green space, outdoor courtyards with resident grills and dining areas and fire pits for social interaction and entertainment.

Brandi Donaldson, Doran’s Senior V.P. of Multi-family said “Woodrow is a unique property because it gives prospective residents the choice of a restored 1917 Collegiate Gothic designed brick school structure with expansive views through nine feet high windows and large airy spaces with exposed original finishes, or the fine modern finishes of a brand new building and the convenience of underground heated parking.”

Individuals interested in this unique living opportunity can contact a Woodrow leasing professional at 701.566.9769.  Tours of the properties can be arranged starting this week. In addition, requests for media hard hat tours or interviews can be arranged through Kilbourne Group Communications Manager Adrienne Olson at 701.237.2279.
