Safe Habor Emotional Processing Group

February 21 @ 3:00 am - 4:30 pm
Event Series (See All)

Safe Harbor is a small, in-person, facilitated community peer-support and emotional processing group set up to offer more human connection.

The group will run in 4-week closed cycles, with up to 10 members each cycle, and will be meeting for about 90 minutes on the weekend. This is a non-therapy, community-based space, and it is not a substitute for therapy or crisis services.

Safe Harbor may be a good fit for people experiencing grief, transition, relational stress, feeling overwhelmed, or just wanting a place to process life with others humans.

Please note, this group is not a fit for anyone in immediate crisis. If you need urgent support, please call or text 988.

If you are interested, you can learn more about the group, facilitator, and also complete a quick interest form at safeharborfm.org
