On the Menu:

• Classic Bruschetta – A fresh and vibrant appetizer with ripe tomatoes, basil, and toasted bread
• Homemade Tortellini with Rose Sauce – Learn to roll, fill, and fold pasta by hand, then pair it with a creamy tomato sauce
• Cannolis – Crisp pastry shells filled with sweet ricotta cream, the perfect finish to your Italian feast

You’ll prepare a full meal while gaining new culinary skills.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.
