Get Creative with Sourdough Discard

Don’t toss that discard! Discard is a natural part of the sourdough process. In this class you will learn how to reduce food waste, expand your cooking and baking repertoire, improve your understanding of sourdough, and have fun while making a variety of delicious foods to take home.
This class will be a combination of demonstration and hands-on cooking.
Discard recipes may include:
Sourdough tortillas
Chocolate chip cookies
Crackers
Pasta
Pancakes/waffles

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class
