“It will be hard to cover the rich history of this spirit in one class….but I will do my best. My favorite thing about Gin it is the most direct way to experience the ever elusive concept known as terroir. Even if you are on the fence about this spirit I highly recommend attending. The lineup will be diverse and will hopefully change your perception of gin. Don’t expect the usual “piney” profile you have come to expect when ordering a gin cocktail. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate an early spring!”
