PlumpJack/CADE Tasting

Join Cellar 624 and PlumpJack Winery Representative, Tia Green in a very special tasting of some of Napa Valley’s finest!

PlumpJack is a premiere Napa Valley Winery. They create luxury wines that are terroir driven, and made in harmony with nature. At PlumpJack/CADE Estate, they believe that winemaking should honor the land, both aesthetically and ecologically. Their philosophy of making luxury wine in harmony with the environment begins in the soil of their Estate Vineyard, where they maintain a painstaking program of natural cultivation—a rewarding program that made them the first organically farmed LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certified winery in Napa Valley.

Along with Johnson Brothers, Maxwells and PlumpJack, Cellar 624 is offering an awesome experience at an incredible value! Together the wines we are tasting are valued at over $500.

We will be tasting five wines from the three estates in Napa Valley:

CADE Estate (Howell Mountain, Napa)

• Cabernet Sauvignon – $128
• Sauvignon Blanc – $64

PlumpJack Estate (Oakville, Napa)

• Cabernet Sauvignon – $168
• Merlot – $74

Odette (Stag’s Leap District, Napa)

• Adaptation by Odette – Cabernet Sauvignon – $78

Also included in the experience are culinary creations by Maxwells head chef, Mike Wald. He will be preparing small plates to accompany the wines at this tasting.

Doors open at 6:00 PM.
