Perfect Pairings: Mead & Cheese Class

This 21+ guided tasting hosted at the Prairie Rose Meadery tasting room will provide a passport to explore five different locally-made honey meads paired with five various kinds of cheese from around the world. Learn what makes French cheese differ from Italian, discover the process of making traditional honey mead, and understand how to tell the difference between sheep’s milk and goat’s milk cheese. And whether in a group, with a date, or on your own, stick around after the presentation to enjoy other mead and cheese for purchase.

Along with a head full knowledge, each ticket holder will receive a full flight of mead and cheese pairings, a 10% discount on all bottles of mead, a $10 Creative Kitchen gift card for later redemption, plus a chance to win a grand prize valued over $50.

Prairie Rose Meadery locally produces Traditional Mead using ingredients from North Dakota, available in bottles and by the glass.
