Hiking for Beginners: Essentials, Tips and Tricks

Join us at Moorhead Public Library during National Park Week to learn about hiking safety and essentials. A representative from the She Ascends Hiking and Wellness group will discuss hiking essentials; simple safety tips, including what should be in your backpack; local trail information; and details about the She Ascends organization, as well as sharing some take-home bonuses with attendees. This event is free and open to the public, with no registration required.
