Cooking Class: Meal Prep Basics

Come armed with food storage containers and leave with several individual meals for the week. Learn to take basic ingredients like chicken and rice and create a variety of flavorful, balanced meals. Menu may include Bang Bang Chicken, Tuscan Chicken Bowls, Burrito Bowls, and Honey Lemon Chicken.
