Cooking Class: Mac & Cheese

These comfort food classics are always delicious, but even better when made from scratch together! You will learn how to make a roux (the base for many soups and sauces) and how to turn that into a creamy, cheesy sauce for your mac and cheese.
We will also make a one-bowl batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies. Perfect for when a sweet craving hits!
