Cooking Class: Brunch Classics | Eggs Benedict

A breakfast/brunch classic that is easier to make at home than you think! You’ll be taught how to tackle the most difficult components of this restaurant staple (poaching eggs and making hollandaise) with ease! You’ll also be taught some restaurant secrets that allow you to do some of the work ahead of time, allowing you to execute an amazing breakfast for 2 to 10 family members.
