50th Annual Minn-Kota Feline Club Cat Show

Furry, Fabulous 50th Anniversary!!

Minn-Kota Feline Club is celebrating its 50th annual cat show anniversary! It started back in 1974 in the F-M area. Wildly few events in our area can proudly celebrate 50 years of continuous competition. See what the excitement is all about! This is a beautiful family event for cat enthusiasts of all ages to see many different breeds of cats and kittens, talk to competitors, watch the judging, and do a little cat-themed shopping at our vendor booths. An American Cat Show Association affiliated club, there are both Purebred and Household pet competitions. The Household Pets are judged on health, cleanliness, and “purr-personality.” The Purebreds are judged against a written standard for their breed and compete in 3 separate “cat categories”: Championship (for future breeders), Alters (for non-breeding cats), and Kitten (ages 4 – 8 months).
