This class will introduce students to everything they will need to get started on a sourdough journey- from working with starter, to shaping and baking artisan loaves, and how to deal with discard. You will walk away with the skills needed along with a dried sourdough starter to revive at home. Instructor: Heather

Using fresh vegetables and herbs create an edible work of art. We will make a from-scratch yeast dough for the focaccia bread. While the bread bakes, we will make a delicious dipping sauce to enjoy with the fresh-from-the oven bread.

Make 2 high protein meals to sample and take home. This class of healthy cooking is just in time to shape-up for summer! The first meal is salmon bites and roasted broccoli; the second meal is turkey meatballs and Mexican Quinoa. You will also be treated to a high protein snacks demo! Often called the “Mother of all Stews”, Beef Bourguignon is a classic French stew in a rich red wine sauce. We’ll be making this recipe using an Instant Pot to decrease the cook time.
