Willie Nelson & Family Return to Bluestem in May

Jade Presents has announced that Willie Nelson & Family will return to the Bluestem Amphitheater in Moorhead, MN on May 20 & 21, 2024. Nelson played two sold-out concerts at the venue in 2023 that were highly praised by attendees.

With a career spanning over seven decades, Willie Nelson is one of the most beloved musicians performing today and has earned accolades as an author, actor, and activist. He has released over a dozen new albums in recent years, headlined the annual Farm Aid event, and been honored by the Library of Congress with their Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, among other accomplishments.

Tickets for the event will go on sale on Friday, January 19, 2024, at 10 a.m. A special online-only pre-sale will be available on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. General admission lawn tickets will be available for $55, general admission bench tickets for $75, and reserved seating tickets for $129.50 and $199.50. Additional fees may apply.

Willie Nelson fans can expect to hear some of his classic hits as well as new songs and performances that add to his impressive catalog. Nelson’s latest album, “First Rose of Spring,” was released in July 2020 and has been praised for its beautifully written songs and poignant performances. He also released a memoir with his sister and pianist Bobbie Nelson in September 2020 titled “Me and Sister Bobbie: True Tales of The Family Band.” In 2021, he released a new studio album called “That’s Life,” his second album of standards and classics made famous by Frank Sinatra.

The 88-year-old musician continues to thrive as a relevant and progressive musical and cultural force, and his upcoming shows at the Bluestem Amphitheater are not to be missed.
