Black Stone Cherry Adds Fargo Stop to 2023 Tour

Southern rockers Black Stone Cherry has announced they’ll play at the Sanctuary Events Center in downtown Fargo, ND on Monday, November 6, 2023. They’ll be joined by Giovannie and the Hired Guns and tickets go on sale Friday, August 25th.

Black Stone Cherry

Black Stone Cherry has kicked open the door into 2023 with their latest release, “Out of Pocket,” which is now available on all streaming platforms via Mascot Records/Mascot Label Group. This track marks the band’s first new release since their 2020 album, “The Human Condition,” and it is another classic rocker that showcases their signature style. With a powerful, emotionally charged chorus, this song is an anthem that highlights the band’s best qualities.

The lifelong friends and band members, Chris Robertson (vocals/guitar), Ben Wells (guitar/vocals), and John Fred Young (drums), welcome their new bass player, Steve Jewell, who has been a part of their live performances for the past two years, to join them on his first studio recording. Over the last two decades, this group of Southern rockers from Kentucky has electrified stages across Europe, from arenas to festivals, bringing good times wherever they go.

Giovannie and The Hired Guns

Giovannie and The Hired Guns are a crowd-thrilling band that has recently made a name for themselves on the national scene. They have combined the genres of rock-and-roll and country to create a unique and gritty sound that is all their own. The band has a massive grassroots following, thanks to their explosive live shows. Their latest release, “Ramon Ayala”, became a smash hit in 2021, reaching #1 on both the Active Rock Radio Chart and the Alternative Radio Chart. This was the first time in over 15 years that an artist’s first career-charting radio single reached the top spot on both tallies.

The band’s success as an independent act has led to them signing with Warner Music Nashville. Their third full-length album, “Tejano Punk Boyz”, is set to be released soon and promises to be another vital body of work. Giovannie and The Hired Guns are an essential new force in redefining the possibilities of Texas music.
