The city-wide event was started as a way to get residents to embrace the frost and our cold climate instead of complain about it. The snow is here more months out of the year than it's not, so here's your chance to have fun with it.
What started as a two-day winter celebration will now be sprawled out over six weeks from January 15 to February 22, and includes activities for all ages in the entirety of Fargo-Moorhead.
