7th Annual CCHC Hunger & Health Summit

The Cass Clay Hunger Coalition will be hosting its 7th Annual Hunger & Health Summit on October 17th at the Fargodome Conference Center.

We are thrilled to be bringing together hunger fighters, service providers, health promoters, community leaders and others to share best practices, develop creative solutions, and support one another as we continue our work to create healthy communities.

This year’s theme is Nourish & Flourish: Addressing Hunger and Health Together. With a focus on the Social Determinates of Health – you’ll hear from industry leaders in harm reduction, self-care/compassion fatigue, policy, healthcare, higher education and more.
