The public is invited to the second public input meeting for the Yunker Farm Park Master Plan on Tuesday, February 21 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Broadway Station 1461 Broadway N, Fargo. Guests can view and comment on concepts to be considered, learn about participating in the planning process, and share ideas with the team from Norris Design.
The preparation of a master plan for Yunker Farm Park will help build a better understanding of how the park is used, what existing features should be preserved for the future, and what other ideas can be generated to help guide decisions and capital improvements within the park. The final master plan will provide a summary of ideas, priorities, and opportunities as a guiding document for the Fargo Park District to coordinate park improvements for the next 20 years and beyond.
Information gathered during this phase of the project may be used to satisfy requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), including considerations related to environmental and historical resources in the study area.
