Buffalo River State Park

Buffalo River State Park and the Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Regional Science Center will offer open hours for the public to view the displays at their Buffalo River location. Enjoy some interactive activities and the opportunity to talk to park staff! Topics will rotate throughout the summer and with interactive or guest presentations depending on the weekend!

Want to learn more about the natural world around us? Join the Naturalist Corps Intern at Buffalo River State Park for a campfire program about various topics of flora and fauna native to this area. Meet at the Buffalo River State Campground Picnic Area, where we will have a nature cart for you to drop by! All ages are welcome.
