Starting in the picnic area of Buffalo River State Park, we will hike across the Buffalo River to the historical Bluestem Prairie Scientific and Natural Area to learn more about its animal residents and unique blooms in addition to the historical land use and conservation practices that preserved this beautiful landscape to modern times. Park daily ($7) or annual pass ($35) required on all vehicles entering MN State Parks
