Learn the Lindy Hop
Having originated in Harlem in the 1920s & 30s, Lindy Hop is the core of our dancing and serves as our group’s namesake. We’re offering three weeks to learn this historically-significant dance style, with all of its stretch, movement, and great connection. Each event starts with a Beginner Lesson at 2 pm, followed by an Intermediate Lesson at 3:30 pm, and ending with an hour of social dancing. Experience with swing dance basics is suggested for the 2 pm class. Those comfortable with Lindy Hop basics are welcome to attend the 3:30 pm class. $8 per person. $5 for students with school ID. No partner required.
