November is Native American Heritage Month -- Artists in School Residency Three Rivers Arts Council, with funding from Lake Region Arts Council and in-kind support of Breckenridge Public School and local arts promoters, is pleased to present Bryan Akipa public performance as part of artist residency at Breckenridge Public School.
