After our 8 AM class, we will flip the room and have an exclusive workout with NDSU football athletes for young Bison fans! (Parents are welcome to join the workout!)
30(ish) Minute Workout
Recommended for ages 3+
Reserve your kiddo’s spot using the Eventbrite link!
Athletes will be signing autographs before & after the workout.
