Join certified Sommelier Dale Johnson on an exploration of French wine, focusing on the innovations of classic regions.

France may have a reputation for being staid in their ways when it comes to wine, but there is a growing movement to adapt to the times. Join Certified Sommelier Dale Johnson as he guides a tasting and discussion about these shifts in French wine. While tradition has dictated winemaking in France, a lot of options are still available to winemakers. The newest generation of winemakers is exploring their options, as they take the helm of their family wineries. A selection of wines from some of Europe’s oldest defined regions with a modern twist will show not only are the kids alright, but they are putting thought and passion into these wines as well.
