Wednesday in the Wild: Blanket Flower Prairie SNA

This trip will meet at Buffalo River State Park (565 155th Street South, Glyndon, MN 56547), Participants can then caravan to the site location (about 35-45 minutes) following the SNA Naturalist vehicle.

The goal of the trip is to experience the beautiful early summer diversity of this lovely landscape that sits on the fringe of stunning forests and expansive prairies of MN. This dry prairie site has a lot of research and restoration activity and is a great place to learn about how we continue to manage our prairies!
