Spirits Class – Top Shelf Spirits

The top shelf is a place of pride – a location only for superlative objects worthy of venerated display and admiration, but unlike a prized curio or antique, a top-shelf spirit – to truly be worthy of that name – cannot remain forever upon its pedestal. Spirits, even top-shelf spirits are meant to be shared with enthusiasts and epicures, friends and foes, or by anyone who can appreciate a good dram. We are excited to share these potent potables with you!

Spirits expert Evan Christie will lead this exploration through top shelf spirits of many different categories. Expect whiskey of course, both American and International, but also expect fine brandy, rum, and tequila to make an appearance. The class will provide a unique opportunity to taste some of the best offerings distillers around the world can produce. Each will showcase the techniques, ingredients, time, and uniqueness that justify their classifications.  Tickets are at a premium price compared to our normal classes, but this ensures we can taste truly exceptional bottles, giving you the chance to experience spirits you might not otherwise purchase.
