Puppy Yoga

This Giving Hearts Day, come practice yoga all while supporting Family Wellness’s Inspire Wellness Initiative and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue. You can expect a lighthearted and casual atmosphere for beginners and advanced participants. Please bring a mat or towel and be prepared to be greeted by plenty of adorable, adoptable puppies as you are led through this fun introductory class.

Location: Family Wellness – Multipurpose Room. Open to members & non-members!

$35 donation | All proceeds go to the Inspire Wellness Initiative and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue.
