Mama + Mini Yoga with Fargo Blonde Yoga

Calling all mamas & caregivers — come spend your Saturday morning with us in the Ivy Room at SheyWest! Lindsay from Fargo Blonde Yoga will be teaching this class.

This gentle +mindful movement yoga class is safe for mamas and babies 6+ weeks. It’s a great bonding activity to experience together to promote mindfulness, listening, fine motor skills, & movement.

Babies & toddlers are welcome to join in on poses if they want! We will have some quiet time activities set up for older kids in case they want to relax that way instead. 🙂

You are welcome to call SheyWest at 701-929-5643 to purchase a ticket early or checkout directly through the ticket link. Ticket price is $25. Spaces for this event are limited!

Refund Policy: Please email ivyroom@sheywest.com if you have a scheduling conflict – tickets are non-refundable, but we will use your registration as a credit for a future workshop at SheyWest.

Please note, we require a minimum of 4 participants to hold the workshop, so if we don’t reach that amount 48 hours prior to the event, we will notify all attendees and refund you.
