Led by Kylie Linh Hoang, assistant curator at the Minnesota Museum of American Art, this lecture will explore the cultural significance of graffiti and its impact on marginalized groups. From black sketchbooks to large-scale works, Minnesota graffiti writers have nurtured a thriving community based on creativity, style, and mentorship.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for reception and refreshments, with lecture to follow at 6:30 p.m.
