It’s a Mystery: Archeology & Fiction with Children’s Book Author Deb Watley

Deb Watley, author of Summer Ruins, the 2023 selection for the Red River Valley Kids Read program, will share what she has learned about the science of archeology and how she researches and writes her novels. An archeology activity will follow the presentation, and books will be available for purchase. This event is most appropriate for kids ages 8 and older. Since two previously scheduled appearances by Watley were canceled due to separate blizzards earlier this year, let’s hope this third time is the charm!
