We have all heard the joke about cutting the cheese, but learning how to properly cut, display, and store your artisan cheese can be daunting. Join Certified Cheese Professional Megan as she teaches you the ins and outs of cutting artisan cheeses. Each guest will get plenty samples of the cheeses we cut, and also a beautiful set of (3) cheese knives to take home.
