Hello From Fargo Film Festival

Do you have a short film you’d like to see on the big screen? On April 8, 2023, at the Fargo Theater, we will show a block of films. The only thing they will have in common is that they were made in/are set in North Dakota. There is no charge to attend and no charge to submit. All you need is a movie–or commercial, or YouTube skit–that meets the criteria, and submit it by April 2, 2023.
This year, our featured entries are “Stay With Me,” produced by Panther Pictures, and the classic “Northern Lights” (1978), John Hansen and Rob Nilsson’s film, which won at the Cannes Film Festival and established North Dakotan filmmakers as a force to be reckoned with. These films take up approx. 2 hours of the 4-hour bloc, leaving 2 hours open to local filmmakers. Get your work in and get seen!
