GODDESS GALA 2025 – Women Celebrating Women

HELLO, GORGEOUS!

Drumroll, please… The theme for next year’s Goddess Gala has just been unveiled, and it’s a showstopper: VEGAS, BABY! Join us on May 17th, 2025, at the Avalon Event Center for a night of glitz, glam, and fabulous fun!

Ready to dazzle? Here are some costume ideas to help you bring the spirit of Sin City to life:

SHOWGIRL GLAM – Feathers, sequins, and enough sparkle to blind a disco ball!

SLOT MACHINE CHIC – Dress as a human jackpot, complete with spinning reels and a winning smile.

CARD SHARK COUTURE – Channel your inner Ace of Hearts with a playing card dress or poker chip accessories.

MAGICIAN’S MUSE – Top hats, capes, and maybe even a rabbit or two!

COCKTAIL QUEEN – Think giant martini glasses, olives, and a splash of sass.

VIVA LAS VEGAS ELVIS – White jumpsuits, capes, and an attitude to match the King.

LOUNGE SINGER SENSATION – Glittering gowns, vintage microphones, and a voice ready for the big stage.

DICE DIVA – Rock a pair of dice as a fun and flirty outfit, lucky number seven style!

CIRCUS PERFORMER – Lions, tigers, and ringmasters, oh my! Bring the big top to the gala.

CASINO ROYALE – Sophisticated Bond girl glamour or suave secret agent – shaken, not stirred.

BLUSHING BRIDE – Say “I do” to a glamorous wedding dress, complete with a fabulous bouquet and a hint of Elvis officiant charm!

This event was created to celebrate 40 special women who’ve participated in the 40 Over 40 Project . The project tells the stories of 40 women over the age of 40 and to start a conversation around the beauty of aging and change the way the world sees and hears mature women. Instead of a private, intimate affair… we decided to throw a huge party and invite ALL WOMEN to come and celebrate in style!

ADMISSION: $60 early bird (until October 31, 2024) , $75 in advance (November 1,2024 to May 15, 2025), $100 at the door (May 17)

WHEN: May 17th, 2025 from 5:30pm to Midnight

WHERE: Avalon Event Center, 2525 9th Ave S, Fargo, ND

WHO: This event is for WOMEN ONLY, 21 years of age or older.

MASTER OF CEREMONIES: Jessie Aamodt (former Mrs. North Dakota 2019)

HOST: Bethany Johs (Artography by Bethany)

DOOR PRIZES: Amazing door prizes will be raffled off throughout the evening. $2 per raffle ticket.

FOOD DRIVE: Bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the Great Plains Food Bank in exchange for a couple raffle tickets. A list of what they’re needing will be provided at a later date.

FUNDRAISER: All proceeds from the raffle and silent auction will be donated to a local charity (to be announced).

DJ: Roaming Thunder

FOOD & DRINK: Hors d’oeuvres will be served at 7:45pm. Cash bars are available all night. Everything available is “cash only” so come prepared!
