Giving Hearts Day

Our friends at Dakota Medical Foundation started Giving Hearts Day in 2008, and have since helped raise over $165 million for local organizations, with 100% of those funds going directly to the participating charities. How amazing is that?

Emerging Prairie exists to energize communities. More specifically, our goal to help lift up our startup, technology, and innovation communities for the betterment of the entire region and beyond. You may have heard of our work through:

  • StartupBREW Fargo: A weekly entrepreneurial program built for founders, innovators, creatives, and community members alike.
  • Emerging Digital Academy: A 20-week long immersive coding bootcamp that trains the future technologists of North Dakota.
  • Grand Farm: A collaborative network joining forces to solve problems in agriculture through AgTech and innovation.
  • TEDxFargo: An independently organized TED event that focuses on engaging attendees in a world-class experience by showcasing the best of our community.
