Join Hospice of the Red River Valley on January 31st from 12:00-1:30 p.m. at First Lutheran Church for our General Grief and Loss education session. Attendees will learn how individuals process and experience grief and how to care for themselves during times of grief and loss. The session is free and open to the public with a light lunch being provided.
