First Fridays: Feeding Littles

April 7, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am

Free

From picky eaters to inconsistent and unpredictable hunger, feeding littles can feel like a never-ending challenge. Let’s talk strategies for better meal time with kids at First Fridays: Feeding Littles, on Friday, April 7th, at 8:00 a.m., at 701 Eateries.

Dr. Elizabeth Hilliard, registered dietitian and Associate Professor at NDSU, will dive into the foundations of feeding families and the shared responsibility model between parent and child. Registered dietitian and owner of Inspired Nutrition, Sarah Tee is passionate about finding positivity and joy in how we feed our families. Look no further for ways to connect your children with the foods they eat, Family Wellness Community Cooking Coordinator, Tori Lee, will lead the conversation about engaging your children in cooking and simple techniques to make them more interested in what’s for dinner.

Ease your mind and alleviate stress around the dinner table with tips and tricks from these experts in nutrition and cooking with kids.

Join us at 701 Eateries on Friday, April 7. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. with FREE Thunder Coffee and the program kicks off at 8 a.m. Free and open to all.
