Cycling for Supplies

Tackle an incredible adventure with Family Wellness’ 2-hour Cycling Supply Drive to support youth in our community!

Family Wellness and Ben Franklin Middle School have raised supplies for Ben Franklin Middle School’s Liz’s Closet. What is Liz’s Closet? Liz’s ClosCloseta is a place where any student can access basic needs items at no cost. This is a safe, no-questions-asked place where students can get school supplies, general hygiene products, clothing, and nonperishable food items. Participants may come and go through the entire event. Stay and cycle for 5 minutes or the whole 2 hours. Can’t cycle or attend the event? That’s fine; you do not have to ride to donate.

Here’s a list of items Liz’s cloCloseteds the most, but all donated items are needed and welcome:

• Body Wash
• Deodorant (men’s & women’s)
• Shampoo & Conditioner
• Laundry Detergent
• Dish Soap
• Hand Soap
• Trapper Keepers
• Easy Mac/Mac-N-Cheese
• Peanut Butter
• Granola Bars
• Fruit Snacks
