Cooking in Parchment

Join us to learn how to make a delicious meal by cooking in parchment paper! This technique (also known as en papillote) is cooking with steam. Each participant will make their own meal to their liking with guidance from the instructor. Complete menu: salad, parchment meal over rice, flourless chocolate cake.
Bonus – this meal is naturally gluten free!
