Cocktail Class – The PDT Cocktail Book

August 31 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Join Evan Christie to taste and learn about cocktails selected from The PDT Cocktail Book.

When it opened in New York in 2007, Please Don’t Tell(or PDT) quickly became one of the shining stars of the cocktail renaissance. Its influence on the world cocktail scene only increased when the bar’s founder, Jim Meehan, published The PDT Cocktail Book in 2012. Featuring recipes developed at PDT, it became a bestseller among industry professionals and enthusiastic amateurs alike.

This class will be the first in a series of classes focusing on influential cocktail books. Spirits expert Evan Christie will mix up select recipes from the PDT Cocktail Book, while also examining how the book fits into cocktail history and the role it plays in the world of cocktails. Expect drinks invented by world-renowned experts but presented in a way that lets you approach making them yourself. Join us to sample these exciting and exotic flavor combinations while learning about the history of cocktails!

Must be 21+ to attend.
