Cocktail Class – Summer Cocktails

Memorial Day weekend traditionally marks the beginning of summer in the US, so what better time to feature cocktails meant for summertime sipping? At Bridgeview, we generally take a break from classes in June and July as our customers travel, enjoy lake weekends, and do all those other summer activities we have such a short window to enjoy in our climate, so before we take this break, we want to send you off with some delicious libations to liven your summer gatherings.

In this class, Evan Christie will mix up summer cocktails to delight all imbibers. Some will be classics, lovingly prepared with the best ingredients, some will be modern creations that we seek out, and still others will be originals that we invent. Each will be refreshing and seasonally delightful, so come join us for a start of summer celebration, all while drinking and learning to make cocktails for summer!
