Class – Non-alcoholic beverages

January 6 @ 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm

Taste and learn about the latest in non-alcoholic wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and more!

Whether you are participating in Dry January, avoiding alcohol altogether, or just curious about other options for delicious drinks, there has never been a better time to examine your options. From beverages that have their alcohol removed through various and improving processes to more experimental libations which seek to imitate the balance or essence of a drink without being that thing itself, we’ll be tasting the gamut in this class. Whatever your reasons for exploring this world, and whatever your taste preferences, we will have something to suit you.

In this class, Evan Christie will showcase the growing world of non-alcoholic beverages available on the market. Expect NA beer and wine for certain but also cocktails and new drinks which emulate existing categories without being entirely like what has come before. Some drinks will be unmodified, but there will also be new and exciting mocktails to taste and learn to make at home. Come explore the growing world of non-alcoholic beverages with us!
