Children and Families Wellness Fair

As part of their continued effort to build a healthier North Dakota, the Foundation for a Healthy North Dakota is holding its first-ever Children and Families Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 7th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights, located in West Fargo. The event will bring together community and local resources for a fun-filled day centered around health.

Fair activities and exhibitions to include:

• Family yoga with Mojo Fit Studios: Learn basic poses and practice new movements
• Reading bus with West Fargo Public Library: Check out books and join in for storytime
• Games and art with exhibitors: Fun with a healthy twist…and prizes 

This event is free for all to attend thanks to sponsorship support from Sanford Health, Essentia Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield North Dakota Caring Foundation, and Corwin Honda. No advance registration is required. Feel free to bring a friend or two!
