Chicken & Bean Tostadas with Churro Bars

In the spirit of fiesta Friday, we’ll start by making the cookie bars that have all of the flavors you love from a traditional churro but in a totally doable recipe that doesn’t require deep fat frying. While those bake, we’ll create semi-homemade refried beans & prepare the tostadas for a delightful meal.
